Arshwin Nair is the Chief Operating Officer of RHRS Consulting.
He is also the President and founder of Recruiter Association Malaysia, Malaysia’s first association for recruiters.

Prior to co-funding RHRS Consulting, he has gain exposure from leading recruitment firm and HR Consulting agency.

His preceding involvement in management also gave him the opportunity to be exposed to various markets in Southeast Asia.

He had served clients from various Industries including OIL & Gas, automotive, retail, telecommunications, public listed companies and pharmaceuticals industries both locally and internationally.

As the Senior Partner at Messrs. Gibb & Co Advocates & Solicitors in Ipoh, he has 22 years in Industrial relations litigation and has identified shortcomings in organizational management and facilitated its remedying. Additionally, he has been initiating right sizing options for companies with effective separation schemes.

His early employment as Senior Management in the Hyatt & Parkroyal Hotels Group and exposure to Compliance and Risk Management forms part of his training dossier in HR, Industrial Relations and Legal related matters.

Aaron has been in the HR industry for the past 10 years. He has various industries experienced . Some of the major task he has handle would be hiring 200 Engineers in one month for one Oil & Gas client. Aaron has been RHRS Consulting for the past 2 years mainly focusing on recruitments and HR outsourcing.

Puan Siti Fauziah is the HR Director as well and IR specialist for RHRS Consulting for the past 2 years. She has been in the HR industry for the past 20 years.

She holds a Degree majoring in Human Resource Development from University of California. Her area of specialisation Leader Skills Training

Motivation Skills,5S Implementation, Domestic Inquiry, Human Resource Management, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Strategic Management, Change Management and Staff Learning & Development.

Amongst Fauziah major achievement were developing Malaysia first HR Compliance system and training more then 10,000 employees across the Asia. As a Director of the company, she has led many key assignments including handling HR audits for the Malaysian Government and GLC in Malaysia. She has also managed several university SOP audits as part of the government plan to generate more IT graduates.
